Basel's Wellbeing and Offline-Community Hub
Our community space we are building transforms lives, empowers individuals and strengthens communities with free, accessible, inclusive, safe and multi-lingual activities for lifelong mental health, resilience and holistic well-being. Therefore, we are the bridge between people and healthy living at no cost.
We work hard to build a space that provides free of charge access to various alternative health supporting activities e.g. forest bathing, nature-based relaxation, somatic experiences, music and art therapy, coaching for various life situations etc., designed to relieve stress, prevent burnout and other mental illnesses; support mental and physical health and generally a much better, healthier, joyful life. Additionally, we create offline community events to bring the benefits of digital detox and in-person, lived experiences to make real human connections.
Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for prevention and healing. Every citizen, regardless of background or life situation, is welcome to participate. To ensure inclusivity, we offer programs in multiple languages. Here, individuals find support, guidance, and connection. By removing financial barriers; sharing knowledge and information in an easy way we empower individuals to take control of their health. We collaborate with diverse well-being professionals to offer high-quality tools and resources.
When the culture of care is prioritized, the whole community thrives. Together, we make well-being a shared priority and we build a society of resilience and balance.
Important Note: The hub is not a medical facility and does not aim to replace medical treatment but to complement existing healthcare services and solutions.
